The last few months have been amazing and a big part of that is that we have made some really great friends here in Cincy.
I love that there is a sand court at every park around here. It has been so fun being able to get a little workout in while the kiddos play at the park. I'm not super sure Volleyball can really be considered a workout(at least how I play it:)). But every little bit counts, right?
Isn't it great when you can do something you love and get rewarded for it? My hubby and I decided long before we were married that we wanted to live healthy & fulfilling lives together.
And part of that, meant living an active lifestyle and making healthy choices. So I was thrilled when I discovered that Walgreens had made a new addition to their Balance Rewards Program.
Have you heard of Walgreens’ Balance Rewards program? You can sign up and receive a loyalty card for free, and when you shop, you earn points which translate into store credit & special member discounts.
And, now they're also rewarding members for making healthy goals and healthy choices. So of course, I wanted to check it out.. so I & downloaded their BR healthy choices app (Free) to see how I could start earning rewards.

There are so many ways you can earn points & track your health progress with the BR for healthy choices. You can earn savings by simply walking/running, and many other ways which don't even involve exercise, such as setting health goals & weighing in .
I love how easy & pain-free it is to start racking up points when you sync up a device/app( Such as My Fitness Pal or RunKeeper ). You don't have to do any extra effort, It will just automatically update your account and save you money:).
I love that our girls always want to participate and to enjoy the things we enjoy. And reminds me; how important the examples we set for them truly are.
I love seeing the excitement in their eyes when they accomplish something new or different!
We love tennis! My hubby and I met playing tennis over 9 years ago and its still something we both love and enjoy. We are hoping to play volleyball & tennis for many more years to come as a family.
