Berry Granola Parfaits

After a month long aversion to breakfast{thanks to pregnancy induced nausea}, I am easing back into it with berry granola parfaits. And sharing our favorite parfait combo!
Lately, I've become addicted to these non dairy parfaits.They take less than five minutes to throw together & are super filling! 
I stocked up on the new Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative last week since I had a labor scare the weekend before & thought our baby girl might be making an early arrival. Thankfully she is staying put for a little longer! But since my babies are born with food sensitivities {mainly dairy & caffeine intolerance}, I thought I'd stock up on the new Silk Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative just to be on the safe side. They come in four delicious flavors: Blueberry, Peach-Mango, Strawberry and Vanilla.
The combination of creamy yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy toppings, come together perfectly to create an easy, and delicious “treat”. I'm usually not a fan of vanilla yogurt, but I really loved this Silk variety, it was rich & smooth with just the right amount of sweetness.
Even though my little munchkins have long since outgrown their food sensitivities they still seem to prefer mommy's yogurt. Which I'm totally okay with, since it's jam packed with protein {6 grams of soy protein per serving}, and is devoid of any artificial flavors & colors. 
In the Summer months we seem to have an endless supply of berries, which probably has a lot to do with why this combo has been a favorite of ours. But you can use your favorite fruit & as the seasons change you can mix it up with whatever fruit is in season. 
Once our baby girl arrives, I'll probably be switching completely to a gluten-free lifestyle again. Just because that seems to help reboot my system & boost my energy levels. Nice thing about these parfaits is that they'll make a great gluten-free treat{simply swap out the granola for nuts}.
