DIY Baby Shower~ Gift In A Jar

I created my Baby Gift In A Jar as part of a sponsored collaboration with #CollectiveBias Inc. & #MyLittleRemedies. As always all opinions are mine alone!

Even though it's been quite some time since I was a first-time mom, I still remember the overwhelming stress of scouring big box stores in search of the best baby essentials. So, in the hopes of relieving a bit of that stress, I'm sharing a thoughtful DIY baby shower gift that you can easily customize for any new mom.
Baby showers are such a fun & exciting time to celebrate mommy-to-be & baby! Plus, it also, offers the perfect setting for mommas to share their insights on tried and true brands & products their family has loved.

When my husband's family threw me a baby shower for Mallorie, I remember having such a wide range of great gifts, but one that stood out to me as particularly thoughtful was a baby's medicine kit. It was stocked with all the essentials you'd probably forget to buy until your baby was sick{like Little Remedies® Advanced Colic Relief & Gripe Water}. It was amazing & over the course of her first year we ended up using 99% of the things in the kit. So, I headed off to Target, to get some of my favorite baby must-haves to share with you my spin on that gift.

I wanted to give mommy something cute & practical so I bought a big glass jar & added the new Little Remedies® Advanced Colic Relief & Gripe Water, our favorite diapers & wipes, baby slippers, pacifier, a cute journal & a note.

Both my daughters were born with horrible colic & reflux. Hayden{my youngest} actually had severe GI problems that we had to see a specialist for up until she was a year old. But I remember the days before we found out what the cause of their pain was and searching for products that were gentle & safe for their little tummies and would help relieve some of their pain. It's so hard to see your little ones in pain, so I decided to throw in the new Little Remedies® Advanced Colic Relief drops, in the hopes of sparing a precious newborn from the pains of colic & gas.

Aren't these panda slippers just precious? These are definitely necessities;)!
And since there is just so much to be grateful for as a new mom, I decided a cute journal to jot thoughts down would make a great addition to this gift.
I love giving gifts like these because you can customize them easily and the packaging is completely useful and reusable to the gift recipient. And unlike some of the baby gift baskets you might see in stores, I’m a fan of this DIY version because I know it only contains products that I love & trust.
