Have you started your Christmas shopping yet? I know, I know, we are still in November & Christmas is a ways away. But after breaking out some of our Christmas decorations this weekend, I can't help but start brainstorming teacher & neighbor gifts! With the aforementioned, I love going the DIY route, because not only is it much cuter than anything you might find in the big box stores but it's also more fun to put together. This simple health inspired teacher gift is easy to make, requires very little crafting skill and could be made with the help of your kids{score}.

I was inspired to make this thoughtful gift after my latest trip to Walgreens. I wanted to stock up on our health essentials since we are now well into the flu season & we have a six week old baby under our roof. While I was there I noticed Pfizer products were on sale {during the month of November you can save $15 dollars} so, I decided to buy a few extra products to make a practical gift a teacher would actually benefit from.

Here's what I used for our gift: candy canes, cute mug, Emergen-C, Advil, Centrum gummies, Robitussin, Chapstick, baker's twine, ribbon and scissors.
I added baker's twine to add a little charm to the gifts.
Like so...
I continued this until they all had baker's twine.
Then placed them inside the jar along with the mug and candy canes.
The last step is to add a cute bow, to make the gift Pop. Told you, super simple!
And that's it! Now, I'm no teacher, but If I was, I would totally appreciate this gift! What's the most thoughtful gift you've received?
What products would you choose to put in this teacher's gift?
