If you are planning to host a baby shower or would like to make an inexpensive DIY gift that is beautiful & purposeful, than I have the perfect gift for you! Its a rolled up diaper wreath that is simple & easy to make!
I got the idea for this cute wreath while I was shopping and saw all of the great baby items you could get at Family Dollar for an every day low price. I don't know about you, but I can use all the extra savings I can get{especially after splurging over the holidays}. So, I stocked up on baby essentials while I was there & now I'm swimming in diapers:D! But I digress, here is the super easy diaper wreath tutorial I mentioned earlier.

Materials needed:
1.  Diapers
2.  Thick cardboard, roughly 15
" x 15"
3.  Hot glue gun
4.  Glue sticks
5.  White paper{enough to cover one side of wreath }
6.  2 Wide ribbon (1.5" ) x 5 yards
7.  2 Narrow ribbon (3/8" ) x 10 yards
8.  Rubber bands
9.  Popsicle sticks{to reinforce wreath}
10. Embellishments {glitter circles & small banner}
11. Scissors

Here's what you do:
Step 1. Cut the circle out of your cardboard{outer diameter being about 13" & inner diameter 8"}. Don't worry about it looking pretty or perfectly round since your diapers are going to cover it up.
Step 2. Cover the circle with white paper.
Step 3. Using your hot glue gun, reinforce the cardboard with popsicle sticks.
Step 4. Glue a loop to the back-side of your wreath.
Step 5. Roll your diaper & secure using a rubber-band.
Step 6. Roll your ribbon around your diaper and secure with hot glue{being careful to only touch the ribbon}.
Step 7. Now, add your ribbon wrapped diaper to the wreath by adding a generous amount of glue to the ribbon and pressing it firmly onto the cardboard.
Step 8. Continue to do this, making sure to closely pack in your diapers.
Step 9. Once you've glued all the diapers onto your wreath it's time to start embellishing.
Step 10. Hot glue your thin ribbon at the back of the wreath & bring it forward in between two diapers and down across and behind the diapers.
Step 11. Continue to do this until you have wrapped all of the diapers with the ribbon then cut ribbon & secure it with hot glue.
Step 12. Now you'll repeat that but going in the opposite direction.
Step 13. Secure the ribbon with hot glue & trim excess.
Step 14. If you have a cute banner or phrase you'd like to hang in the center, simply add some twine/string and thread it in between the diapers and secure with hot glue.
Step 15. Next you can add your gold circles on both sides of the ribbon.
Step 16. Lastly, you'll adorn the wreath with a bow {or two}.
And That's it!

If you end up making this, I'd love to see how yours turned out! And, don't forget to visit  Huggies® for more deals!
