That's why I have been highly anticipating my friend Natalia's dance studio. She just opened up this awesome ZFIT studio with childcare & it's amazing! It's mainly Zumba classes, but there's some boot camp, Pilates, yoga and Pound as well. It is just a really fun environment, so it makes it really easy to get out the door & get a workout in {even on days when I'm not in the mood for it:)}. The week of the grand opening our local news station came out and interviewed her about the gym and it was such a fun experience{you can see the video here}!
