Looking for an easy entertaining appetizer or maybe a nice breakfast idea? I love these rainbow crispbreads because they looks impressive, tastes great and are surprisingly easy to make. When you spend your mornings chasing little ones you hardly have time to make a nice breakfast for yourself, but these only take a few minutes of prep and are an absolute breeze to make!
I made a couple varieties, a savory & sweet, both using Wasa Multigrain Crispbread. The last couple months I've been working on making better choices for myself {mainly exercising regularly and tracking what I eat} and opting for more wholesome snacks. These Rainbow Crispbread totally fit the bill since they are made with Wasa's crispbread which are full of whole grains & high fiber.
Plus, they're so delicious! I adore the crunchy texture.
For the sweet variety I mentioned earlier, simply top off these crunchy crispbreads with plain cream cheese, Smucker’s Fruit & Honey Strawberry Jalapeno Spread, and your favorite fruit {I used, kiwi, mango, strawberries, and peaches}.
These are so good {and surprisingly filling}!
The best part is you'll be in-and-out of your kitchen before you know it!
I also made a spread that pairs perfectly with the crispbread & these veggies above, that I think you'll enjoy.
Combine the following:
4 wedges of laughing cow cheese,
4 tablespoons of sour cream
 1/4 cup minced cilantro
 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
 1 tablespoon minced red onion
 1/2 teaspoon dill seasoning
3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
Mix thoroughly.
Then spread over Wasa Crispbread {or your favorite crackers}.
Then top with your preferred veggies & enjoy!
You can pick up all the ingredients from Today's recipes at your local Walmart.
Make sure you check out the Ibotta offer, right now you can earn $1.00 off Smucker’s Fruit & Honey Spread.
I am always looking for easy and wholesome snacks! What are some of your favorite snacks & appetizers?
