Now that the girls are back in school, they are also starting up their after school activities, for us that means ballet class. They've been so excited for it & totally ready to go back! I loved seeing their enthusiasm as they got ready to head to their first day of class with their adorable little tutus & ballet slippers in place!

One thing I had completely forgotten about was how stinky their little ballet slippers get in their dance bag! If you have kids who dance, or have danced, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. But don't worry-I've found something to help combat this problem! Keep reading to find out my top secret way to clean dance shoes, this natural odor eliminator will remedy all your stinky shoe problems:)!
This little bottle of Nature's Truth Essential Oil can do incredible things. It’s a bad odor’s worst enemy.
To get rid of shoe odor on ballet flats, just roll Lavender Essential Oil on or fill a spray bottle with water and a few drops of Lavender, then shake well & spray all over.
The first time I was trying this, I have to admit I was skeptical! But when I went to check on their shoes the next morning, my nose couldn’t believe it their shoes smelled clean again!
I'm still a newbie when it comes to Essential Oils but I’m loving my essential oils journey thus far. I’m quite surprised at some of the things we’ve been using them for in the house!
You can find Nature's Truth Essential Oils at pretty much any big box store these days, I picked mine up at Meijer in the vitamin aisle
