Chocolate Chip Pie

A special thanks to Nestle Toll House for sponsoring today's conversation! As always all opinions, exclamation points & spelling errors are all my own:D!
Happy National Chocolate Day! With Halloween just days away, I guess it's only natural that my mind has been gravitating towards sweets, chocolate and dessert! And if that wasn't reason enough, I also had a wonderful opportunity to visit with Nestle Toll House this week and get my hands dirty baking in their kitchen {more on this later}!

My family loves chocolate chip pie. It's basically the very best parts of a traditional cookie but ultra moist, soft and decadent {especially when drizzled with triple chip morsels}! I typically make this recipe from scratch but since we have a day filled with Halloween parties, I thought I'd rely on one of our favorite baking mixes to speed up the process.

I opted for Nestle'® Toll House® Cookies & More Cookie Baking Mix with BUTTERFINGER Baking Bits, because it never dissapoints! This pie will stop you in your tracks {yes, it's that good}, especially when topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!

I'm a big fan of coconut, so I also topped my chocolate chip pie with some shredded coconut. It was heavenly! If you've never made this before, I highly recommend you give it a go {ps. you can find the recipe for this on the back of the box;)}!
What did you do to celebrate National Chocolate Day?
Have a wonderful weekend!!! Thanks so much for stopping by!
