December has to be my favorite month of the year! I love all the preparations that goes into making this season special for our families. It's so fun decking the halls and putting out all our cute decorations that remind us of the true meaning of the Christmas.
Keep reading to see some of my favorite things I've had on display this season.
Every year, we pull out our faux Christmas tree (since the hubby is allergic to real ones) and we all help to decorate the tree as we listen to Christmas music. Although I'll be honest, this year Hayden did a good majority of the work. She was just so excited to get going on it!
Love these darling stockings, we embroidered them last year and they still look brand new. They are the perfect addition to our mantle!
I love displaying our kid-friendly nativity scenes (we have this one, this , and this) and I can't wait to keep our collection growing! So, if you have a few favorites be sure to let me know in the comments!
One of our favorite traditions is the Giving Manger. Have you heard of it? It's a set that encourages families to think of others and gets you excited about bringing joy to others. I just love this concept, and it's a simple way to bring light to the world! Participating in the Giving Manger has created so many incredible memories for me & my family. My hope is that my girls can remember the wonderful feeling we get when we help others & that they will continue to seek out that feeling, even after this season has ended!
What are your favorite Christmas traditions?
