Play. Eat. Repeat.

Thank you CLIF Kid for sponsoring this post. Be sure to check out the new CLIF Kid Zbar Filled and encourage your kids to get outside and play!
Back in California, the highlight of our girl's week was playing at the beach, jumping in the waves and hunting for sand dollars with grandma. We started taking them to the beach when they were just old enough to crawl (and were a little weary of the texture of sand:D). I think I might have gotten more out of those first few trips back then, but I'm so grateful we persisted because now the beach is one of their favorite places to explore & play.

Since being back in Cincinnati, we have been making sure to keep consistency for the kids and continue to have lots of day trips, educational activities, and outdoor play.
Like most kids their age, they love the park and could easily spend their entire day there, only stopping to refuel.
The biggest challenge for me on days when we are gone all day is making sure I pack enough nutritious options for my little ones to munch on.
Lately, my kids have been special requesting the CLIF Kid Zbar FilledHave you heard of these yet?
Zbar Filled is made with the good stuff – nutritious ingredients like oats and nut butters, certified USDA organic and non-GMO, and free from icky ingredients (like high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors).
They're the first and only organic, soft-baked snack bar with smooth, creamy nut butter filling to surprise and delight kids.
And they give parents the freedom to worry less about the little things in life, and focus on what's truly important: family.
There’s nothing better than spending time with your babies and seeing their little personalities flourish (as they make new friends and play outdoors)! It sure is going to be hard to say goodbye to summer!
If you're still in denial about the end of summer (like us), and would like to get some fun inspiration on outdoor activities be sure to follow #CLIFKidSummerPlay on Instagram!
