Welcoming the New Year

A huge thanks to Medifast for providing me with all the food to make my weight loss journey a reality!
How many of you are committed to getting in better shape in 2018? I know I am! Maybe your goal is to run a race. Maybe your goal is to lose weight. Maybe you're trying to focus more on healthy eating.

Last year I challenged myself to stick to the Medifast Go! program for three months to see if I could regain my health and start feeling better about myself. It's worked great the last three months and allowed me to have a weight loss of twenty pounds.
It's crazy to see the impact Medifast has had in such a short amount of time! 
This year I'm excited to continue to focus on nourishing my body with Medifast One thing I will be incorporating this year is a new workout regimen to train for a half marathon. 

 

I start a new semester this next Monday, so that means even less time for myself. I know  making the adjustments to prioritize my health is the key to a healthier me. It's easy to forget the huge role nutrition plays when you're already living a healthy lifestyle or are crazy busy (like I'm sure most of you are). That's why I love the  Medifast Go Program so much, because it always makes eating on the go simple, convenient and enjoyable.
