Ironman Goals!

Here we go again!

2018 was supposed to be my year of Training for my first Ironman (Florida), but the arrival of our youngest put a little bit of a detour in my Ironman journey. It feels like eons have past but I'm excited to jump back into this world of hard work and perseverance

It’s been a few years since I first signed up and I have really worked on building a strong foundation of strength training and cardio. I feel a lot better going into the full Ironman now than I did back in 2018. 

That being said I am still carrying some extra “baby weight” and I know keying in my nutrition will be pivotal to my success. 

Aside from my nutrition I am still getting comfortable doing 4hr+ training rides indoors, Im sure that will get easier once it warms up here in the next couple months (riding outdoors is so much fun)!

I am beyond excited for this challenge and praying my training will get me across that finish line!
